Every dish is delicious, flavorful, and beautifully presented
“This place is a treat. The menu is varied and has all the options you would look for. Every dish at our table is delicious, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The soy chicken is tasty and perfectly prepared. I’d definitely recommend this for anyone looking for excellent Thai food or for plentiful vegan options.”

We drove 2.5 hours to visit Thai Vegan!
“My husband and I drove 2.5 hours to try this place and it was 100% worth it! Thai Vegan has the best vegan Thai food we’ve ever had. We loved that everything was vegan on the menu and we didn’t have to ask a lot of questions or make a bunch of modifications. The food was made fresh, perfectly seasoned, filling and delicious. The atmosphere was calm & relaxing. The service was outstanding! Maria was our server and she was AWESOME! They have us a military discount too! We will definitely make the trip more often! We ordered Veggie Dumplings, Tofu Satay, Wonton Noodle Soup, Green Curry Chefs Special, Pineapple Fried Rice, Coconut Ice Cream, and Banana Chocolate Rolls. It was all excellent! Greer is a lucky city!”

100% worth the trip out to Greer from Greenville
“I am so glad we came to this gem. It’s so hard to find vegan food in general, but Thai especially is hard to come by just because of fish and oyster sauce. It was amazing to be able to eat everything here, but the best part is that even if you aren’t vegan, the food is INCREDIBLE. Super nice people working there, too. For appetizers, we had the tofu satay and spring rolls. The tofu satay with the peanut sauce was absolutely amazing and had a ton of flavor. The spring rolls were also really good, although if I had to choose, I would get the tofu. My mom and I split the pad thai, tom yum, and green papaya salad. All were excellent. None “tasted vegan” (as my bf would say) despite being so. This is a new favorite restaurant of mine, and it was 100% worth the trip out to Greer from Greenville. Can’t wait to go back.”

Thai Vegan Staff Goes the Extra Mile
“Thai Vegan is the only restaurant in the upstate that’s all plant-based vegan. It’s my favorite place to eat. Each entree is carefully prepared and delicious. There is a variety of items to chose from, but the most popular dishes are listed as the Chefs Special. My faves are the Pad Thai with tofu and extra veggies and the Sweet Chili Fish. The curries are also excellent. My friends and I have met at Thai Vegan for dinner parties of 25 to 50 people. The wait staff goes the extra mile to accommodate and make things special. Highly recommended!”

We didn’t miss the meat!
“We brought friends for lunch visiting from Trinidad. While we’re not vegan and didn’t read the sign closely, we stayed and are so glad we did. The experience was so relaxing. The food was presented beautifully and tasted even better than it looked. Everyone enjoyed their meals so much and didn’t miss meat. We finished with both their green tea and coconut ice cream. We are grateful for such a lovely lunch. We’ll certainly plan to enjoy it again soon.”

I’m not vegan but I enjoy Thai food
“Let me start by saying I am not vegan but I enjoy Thai food. My sister is a vegetarian and she was very excited to try this place. It was pretty much empty inside, but we were eating a late lunch. There is a good amount of tables and space inside. We were immediately greeted by our server who was very upbeat and chipper. We tried the freshy rolls to start. They were crunchy and fresh. I really enjoyed the hoisin sauce with it. I ordered the Seafood Tom Yum Soup. Why I ordered hot soup in 100 degree weather, I don’t know. It was also SUPER spicy. The portion sizes are amazing; I could barely eat it all.”
Chelsey S., from Yelp.
Psyched to find a vegan place in the area that isn’t a juice bar!
“I enjoyed everything. The Pumpkin Curry I got with just veggies (no tofu) and I only got a 2 out of 5 spice level, and it caused some tears! It was perfect, though any hotter would have been over the top for me. I don’t know if it comes with some multi-colored variety of brown rice, which is served heart-shaped and it delicious!! The Thai iced tea is made with soy milk and is soooo sweet. (I think that probably plays into the southern sweet tea preference). They also have a bar– not sure if it’s a full bar, but they at least have beer and wine. Definitely would come back!”

Stumbled upon this place while in Greer
“Excellent food, regardless if you are a fan of vegan, vegetarian or whatever. Wide varieties from which to choose. Quiet and cozy. The entire street is undergoing some type of renewal. Very inviting!”

Delicious Fully Vegan Thai Restaurant
“We went here the other night and ordered the “Chicken” Satay as an appetizer. We shared the Pad Thai with Pepper “Steak” and the Red Curry with Soy “Shrimp”. The food was excellent as was the service. My only regret is that we didn’t have enough room for dessert! We plan to make this a regular spot to dine out! ey also serve alcohol so we were able to enjoy a few drinks with our meal. It was a very nice relaxing atmosphere and our server was very friendly. The location is superb as it is right in the heart of Downtown Greer which is a beautiful city. You can enjoy a walk to the park or around the downtown area after your meal.”

Delicious Thai food in Greer
“Was surprised to see a fully vegan restaurant anywhere in the area, and it was well worth the drive from Greenville. Had the golden tofu, spring rolls, and spicy noodles with soy pepper steak – possibly the best spring rolls I’ve ever had. Note that parking may be difficult but that there are several public parking lots nearby.”

This place will not disappoint!
“Everything we had was amazing! For dessert, I suggest to get the banana chocolate eggrolls and coconut ice cream.”

Finally, a fabulous vegan restaurant near Spartanburg!
“We finally made it to Thai Vegan! We LOVE it! We had veggie dumplings and soy chicken bites for appetizers. Both were outstanding! My man had the Pad Thai with soy chicken, and I had the spicy noodles with soy pepper steak. Again, outstanding!!!! The vegetables were cooked to a perfect texture and all the seasonings made it soooooo good! We will go back – A LOT! Oh, and the price was super-reasonable! We had 2 apps, 2 entrees, and 2 glasses of wine, and our bill was only $44 before tip!!! Woohoo!”

Plentiful portions at reasonable prices
“This place is wonderful! I had the pineapple fried rice and spring rolls. The food was fantastic. It is so nice to be able to order anything on the menu without checking to see if it’s vegan. The portions were good and the prices reasonable. Will definitely visit again!”

Vegan options near GSP Airport
“The restaurant is less than a 10 minute drive from GSP airport. An excellent restaurant with a very good selection and great service. The serving sizes are large and varied. Pros: Many vegan options, friendly and professional service, clean.”

Portion sizes are amazing!
“I am super stoked about a vegan restaurant but Thai as well?! Heck yea! We went for lunch one day a couple weeks ago and the portions were amazing. I got the lunch combination green curry, which was delicious but also came with brown rice, a spring roll, and a salad. I was stoked. The food is delicious!”

Finally, A Fully Vegan Restaurant!
“We couldn’t be happier since finding out that Greer (of all places) opened a VEGAN THAI restaurant! We were greeted by the friendly staff as soon as we walked in. The ambiance is quiet and intimate. We enjoyed the surrounding as it had a romantic “casually-upscale” vibe to it. The menu is vast. It had many, many options to choose from to mix and match. We started with the Tempura Veggie Mix. It was absolutely delicious and the portions are decent considering the price. We shared Pad Thai with mock beef and Yellow Curry with mock chicken. Yum yum! Full of flavor. We couldn’t leave without trying the Mango Sticky Rice and Thai Iced Tea. Everything was amazing and we left very satisfied. The food definitely was a winner.”
TMoDyson, from Happy Cow.net
I’m ecstatic that Greenville county now has a vegan Thai restaurant!
“We live in Spartanburg county and got delivery, everything we had was fabulous. The restaurant has a full range of vegan meats instead of just the general option of tofu. Spring rolls were crisp and tasty, the curry tofu satay skewers were so good too! I got vegan Pad Thai with Pepper “Steak” and Pad Se Ew with vegan “Fish” which was delicious as well. We have eaten here 3 times now and this will be my go to take out restaurant. Great for vegans and meat eaters alike!”
Sarah S, from Yelp.
Can’t wait to go back and try more!
“I am so excited to try this place and it did not disappoint!! Everything was super delicious!! Portions are great for the price and everything we tried was phenomenal! Iced Thai coffee is also great! The dessert was sooo yummy. Can’t wait to go back and try more!”

Even if you are not vegan you MUST try this place!
“The freshness and the flavors are excellent! So many options to chose from! Fantastic service, too! We had the veggie dumplings and soy chicken bites for appetizers, and both of us couldn’t believe it wasn’t chicken! Our entrees were also excellent, and the portions were very generous! So reasonably priced too! We had 2 apps, 2 dinners, and 2 glasses of wine, and our bill was less than $45. We will DEFINITELY go back!”

So tasty we’ll 100% be back again and again!
“Always love getting a new place with vegan options. To have a restaurant all vegan in Greer is a dream! So tasty we will 100% be back again and again!”
Sydney V., from Yelp.
We will definitely be back!
“My review is for the food, the service, and the value. The ambience is not 5 star, but the rest was great. We had the chicken satay appetizer which had a very nice presentation and the flavors were delicious. I had the red curry with “pepper steak”. The serving size, level of heat, and flavors were spot-on. My wife had the veggie stir fry with tofu and was pleased with that as well. To top it off, the draft beer prices were a great value. We will be back.”
